What age range are the boxes aimed at?

Our boxes are designed for children aged 3 – 10+ years old. Younger children will require more support and older children will be able to do most projects independently. We design the boxes to ensure there is something fun for everyone, even the grown-ups! *If you purchase a box for a child under three, they will need adult supervision as there may be small parts included with some of the activities.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at Our subscription plans do automatically renew but if a payment goes through without you wanting it to just contact us as soon as possible and we will refund you in full if the box hasn’t already been sent out to you. If you are part way through a subscription plan and want to cancel we will refund based on the value of the remaining months.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, absolutely. If you're off on holiday or you haven't had time to get through your last box you can skip a month at any time, you just need to log into your account and select to skip a month.

What is your refund policy?

We will offer refunds on returned unopened boxes once we receive them back as long as it is within 14 days of receiving it. In this instance, please send us an email to letting us know that you will be returning the box and we will look out for it and refund you once we receive it.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to post all orders for current month’s boxes in 2-3 working days. All other boxes are posted at the end of each month. We send our UK boxes by Royal Mail 2nd class.

Can I order a one-off box?

Yes, you can order one-off boxes. Go to the "SHOP" page and select the box you like, proceed to the checkout and you will just receive one box.

My box is damaged/missing items

While we try our best to carefully package our boxes, we understand that sometimes an item may be missing from a box or that things may happen beyond our control during transit. If your box contents are damaged or you are missing any items, please contact us at and we will send out a replacement straight away.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to any UK location, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Mann, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. If you have a UK postcode, we can deliver to you. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
